Is there a special collection costume available this year like in previous years? (for example: drake and wise snake backs)

Also the event info tells that you can steal another person's gifts with 10 snowballs, you need 20 snowballs. And opening 10 gifts before someone else snowballs you does NOT guarantee a large gift drop for them. However, if you break 10 candy sticks while under Greedy Grandfather Frost, you get guaranteed 1 large gift and 3 to 4 small gifts.
